When I booked Direct Dumpsters, they were on time, the truck and equipment was clean and well maintained, and the price was as quoted. No surprises afterwards. I will definitely use them again.
Cassie was friendly, on point and helped get our booking done in a very timely manner. The bin was clean and the perfect size for our summer cleaning and shed demolition project. The truck that came and dropped off the bin and picked it up again was not one of those garagntuan trucks, so it easily maneuvered in our yard. The driver was kind and courteous as well. DIRECT DUMPSTERS did a very large & difficult removal job for me. After the death of my partner and the unexpected pandemic, I was unable to handle the gargantuan task alone. Matt & his crew not only supplied the bins, but offered to carry out the removal of 30+ years accumulation of "acreage stuff." They went above & beyond any expectations I may have had.
