Ron always gets me in quickly, communicates well, does a great job, and is more than fair with his pricing. He is such a gem. I hope he never retires!
Ron takes great care of my Fiat 500. His service is always prompt and very reasonable.
The low tire pressure was on my Lexus one Tuesday morning a couple of weeks ago. I drove to work as usual but phoned Direct Drive to see if he'd have some time to take a look at my tires. He took my car in, even though he was busy and it was on short notice. By noon, he called me back to say a couple of tires were low but no punctures. When I came to pickup my car he didn't charge me. Great guy!! Someone you can trust with your car.
