This business goes above and beyond for loved ones, they are family owned and truly put their hearts in their work. I wouldn’t want my loved ones going anywhere else. Their prices are the best in the state and their staff is caring, they serve the whole state as which really helps.
I have mixed reviews; I called to find out about the cremation process for a loved one in Hospice. The person said they would email me the documents that day (Monday). As I still hadn't received any on Thursday I called. No apologies or anything just a "we'll email today" response. The email came and the documents weren't attached but cut and pasted and I couldn't print them so I had to call again. I completed the form and dropped off a check the next day. They guided me efficiently through the prepaid arrangements process with kindness, compassion and understanding making it easy for me long distance.
