All good great customer service I had one of the best serviceman from Direct Cooling today, who fixed my problem thank you Raz and Direct Cooling
The installation of our new Trane AC unit was handled with top-level professionalism and superior customer service. I called multiple companies and got three quotes. Direct cooling was easy to do business with and provided a competitive price to replace our 2 ton unit. The installation was done cleanly and timely. They followed up the next day to make sure everything was operating properly. I would recommend this company to my friends.
Switched to Direct Cooling from my previous company. Response time and communication with Ira was excellent. Technician Jason was prompt and went above and beyond with the service and explanation of what he planned to do and after he finished the work. I was not home at the time and everything went smoothly. Phone/text communications were prompt andstraightforward.
