Direct cooling was easy to communicate with and provided a competitive price to replace our 2 ton unit. The installation was done cleanly and timely. They followed up the next day to make sure everything was operating properly. I would recommend this company to my friends.
I had scheduled a semi annual service for a week from now. But my system shut down while I was away on holiday in Europe. I called Direct cooling and they replied by sending a technician on the day. I called to fix the repair. That just moved up my scheduled service. It was quite incredible to have them do it in the very day. I noticed that the system was shut down while overseas. Exceptional service here.
