Thanks so much Direct Connect! We used these electricians as part of an insurance repair job. As well as the repair work, we also had some private works done at the same time to renovate. The electricians were so helpful. When they came to the site, they were able to not only do the work efficiently and effectively, they also troubleshooted some other issues for us, and fixed a new power-plug to our oven to ensure that it was up to code. The office people are very quick at replying to emails and are very knowledgeable. They were able to help us work through what was needed and really took the time. Their quote was spot on too. The electricians were also great. Very nice people who did a great job. Very tidy.

We had Matt from Direct Connect Electrical come out to service our Evaporative Aircon. Very professional, personable and respectful. We have a large dog and he was fantastic with keeping him at ease every time he needed to come in to the house. Service was done quickly and thoroughly and he even fixed our tiles that had cracked on the roof! Highly recommend Direct Connect Electrical and we will be using this company for future services.
