My husband recently bought a van for his painting business here. The van didn't have shelves inside or a ladder rack on top and they installed both, at no charge, prior to him picking up the van. My husband took the van to Firestone Auto Care for a minor issue shortly after purchasing van, and Firestone ended up causing other issues which led to my husband to having to have the van towed home by AAA as it overheated.
