The service here is fantastic. All the techs are knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Came in with an unknown issue, ended up being a power supply problem. Got a new power supply, and they threw in some additional RAM thay was needed. Quick and easy and back to work.
I had a great experience at Direct Computer Outlet! I came in to buy ten laptops and was impressed with how fast, friendly, and courteous the service was. The staff didn't just ring me up—they even helped load the laptops into my truck, which was a big help. The owner was super nice and made the whole process smooth and easy. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality computers and excellent customer service.
very good selection of computers, got a refurbished laptop that was in great condition for a great price. good customer service, good selection. if you need a new computer I cannot recommend this place enough!
