We moved into a new house last year and we had trouble with our furnace this year. We knew of Direct Comfort and decided to give them a call. I am so glad we did. They came out the next day to evaluate the problem and tried to repair it but it was too far gone. Within a week they installed a new furnace for the price they quoted us & replaced our furnace quickly and efficiently and even though we were in a tough situation and freezing they did not gouge us on the price. Bill, Lauren, and the team were excellent in helping us resolve an issue with my parents’ HVAC system that wasn’t working on the first floor. They were professional, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The problem was resolved efficiently, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. I would absolutely call them again for any future HVAC needs and would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of service. Highly recommended.

Bill and his team are professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. His wife, Lauren is very friendly and prompt in responding to calls and messages Very nice to know such great people who are understanding and helpful when service is needed. Their rates are very reasonable as well. I highly recommend for your HVAC needs in the East Stroudsburg area.
