We recently had a new AC and heat pump installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was always on time, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. The quality of the work was excellent, and it was clear they really care about doing the job right. What stood out most was that the owner was on-site every day to make sure everything was installed correctly and running properly. It’s hard to find that level of customer service and attention to detail these days. Highly recommend!

We moved into a new house last year and we had trouble with our furnace this year. We knew of Direct Comfort and decided to give them a call. I am so glad we did. They came out the next day to evaluate the problem and tried to repair it but it was too far gone. Within a week they installed a new furnace for the price they quoted us & replaced our furnace quickly and efficiently and even though we were in a tough situation and freezing they did not gouge us on the price. Bill, Lauren, and the team were excellent in helping us resolve an issue with my parents’ HVAC system that wasn’t working on the first floor. They were professional, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The problem was resolved efficiently, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Billy and crew did a phenomenal job replacing/upgrading our furnace! A pleasure to deal with from receiving an estimate, to scheduling, to payment, to installation and clean up! Highly recommended!!!
