I purchased 10 gallons of stain and 15 gallons of sealer for my paver driveway. I followed the directions applying two coast of stain and then applied 3 thin coats of the sealer they recommended. My driveway looked beautiful FOR 3 MONTHS! Then spots started to appear in large sections where the stain was washing away. These areas are not even the heavily trafficed path of where we drive over the pavers. It's on the opposite side. What a terrible company and i was a returning customer. Unbelievable how bad of a product they sent me. They refuse to refund my money. They sent me a water downed stain, the color would not even show up on my concrete after using generous amounts. They had me do several different things to make it work, nothing. Then of course they said it was my concretes fault. What a waste of time and money. This company is a sells bogus products with no refunds.

Update: I received a phone call from the CEO of the company and they are looking at changing their 20% restocking policy to something that would be more equitable for both the customer and their business. I gave my initial rating based on my first impression that this company didn't care about their customers' experiences, but given today's conversation it's clear that impression wasn't true to how this company does business. They charge a 20% restocking fee on returns, so that a simple mistake ends up costing the customer more than just the return shipping. It's a poor way to treat customers, and an even poorer way to get repeat business.
