Worst support system ever. Do not buy any of these machines
By far, the worst experience I've had with a vendor in my professional career. We've had 2 DCS 7200 printer for about 3 years and it's been nothing short of a nightmare. Full of latent defects, poor engineering and beyond horrible technical support. On multiple occasions a tech would show up (and there have been many, many times a tech needed to come) and the first words would be "yeah, well, I've never done this before". We had a customer order due tomorrow using a process and substrate we hadn’t previously dialed in, and we ended up calling DCS support to help. Jordan was great - he spent as much time as we needed to troubleshoot, dial in the settings in the RIP queue, and test until we got an acceptable result. He stayed on the line after they had technically closed, helping until we were confident we could deliver the order to the customer. Super happy with today’s support experience.
