I gave this shop three chances to repair my vehicle and they couldn't do it. I incurred over $900 in extra rental charges because they took so long to fix everything. I originally dropped my vehicle off at Direct Collision for corrosion repair. The vehicle was re-painted, and at the time, the manager assured me that if any corrosion resurfaced, I could bring it back in and they would take care of it. Two years later, the corrosion did resurface. When I reached out to the management as advised, I was informed there had been a change in management and that they would not address the issue without a new estimate and customer payment. If you’re looking for a collision/ body shop this is the one. the head body shop manager Matt is the best of the best, nobody else I would trust with my car. My car looks better than when i got it new back in 2020. I’ve never met anyone who goes more above and beyond for their clients.
