Fast and efficient service both in the shop and when quoting, a competitive price as well as good choice of carpets and underlays available. The fitters turned up on time and fitted the carpet very quickly and did a nice neat job. Be sure to understand that the off-cuts of carpet and underlays will be for the customer to dispose of and you also have to clean up after the fitters. Fantastic company, the owner was so very helpful, recommended a lovely carpet, and and door bars to match not only the new carpet but my home decor! The fitters themselves were very respectful, clean and tidy not only within themselves but with their work as well. Couldn't of asked for a better service would highly recommend to anyone in the local area 10/10
Great quality carpets, no frills service. I wasn't made aware that I could pay extra for help moving some furniture, they didn't hoover the mess up afterwards and they were over 2 hours late on both days. I guess you get what you pay for.
Fantastic and friendly service. They were so helpful and knowledgeable in the shop. The quality of the carpets and underlay is great. So was the fitting. We are so happy with our new carpets. Would highly recommend Carpets Direct.
