This team is AMAZING!! Completely responsive, incredibly professional and impeccably thorough! If you need anything cleaned and don't call Direct, you made a mistake. For me, they gave deep cleaned tile, carpet, elevator interiors and entire apartments. And don't get .e started on the office crew. They are the very BEST to work with in the industry.
I can totally recommend Direct Cleaning Services. Direct Cleaning is a great business, and I highly recommend them even without the full 5 stars because they do right by their customers. We had a fantastic experience with Direct Carpet Cleaning’s home cleaning service while preparing a property for the market. They arrived right on time, were friendly and professional, and worked quickly and efficiently from start to finish. The home truly sparkles, and it smells amazing! Their attention to detail made a big difference in how the home shows. Highly recommend!
Just want to give a huge shout out to direct carpet cleaning! Anytime I need services done they are always quick to getting it done no matter what I have needed done. They offer other services like carpet repair, housekeeping/cleaning, back deck pressure washing, and even junk removal. The office staff, cleaning staff and estimate staff are very nice and great to work with! Thank you for being easy to work with!
Great service. They were very good at communicating, showed up on time with 15 minute notice given, went above and beyond solving a small issue with our carpet, and the carpets looked so pretty when they were done. We highly recommend their service.
