This is a fabulous company! The quality of the carpet is outstanding. We did our homework and this company provides the best choice of styles, colours and quality for runners. We have used Direct Carpet twice now. We did the upper level of our previous house and now we have just completed our upper level of our current home. Michelle is BEYOND amazing. She is prompt with communication, she is quick and efficient, highly knowledgeable and is great at helping you find the perfect quality and colour! I had Direct Carpet come in and install a runner down my stairs, on my landing and also down a hallway. Everything was a 10/10. Installation was quick and easy, everyone was so nice to deal with as well. It has been over a month and I am just as thrilled with the work now as I was when it was first done. The carpet is very durable and is holding up amazing against all the foot (and dog) traffic this area gets.
