At time of MRI the service was good and friendly. Trying to get a refund of the money they required before services rendered has been a nightmare. 75 days since seen. It took them 2 weeks to file with insurance. 1 week to post insurance payment. I have called 3 times with 2 weeks to return call each time. Now I am told it will be 30 to 60 days before I get $900 refund. They have had my payment for 3 weeks and it took a 4th phone call to get someone to submit request for refund.
