At time of MRI the service was good and friendly. Trying to get a refund of the money they required before services rendered has been a nightmare. 75 days since seen. It took them 2 weeks to file with insurance. 1 week to post insurance payment. I have called 3 times with 2 weeks to return call each time. Now I am told it will be 30 to 60 days before I get $900 refund. They have had my payment for 3 weeks and it took a 4th phone call to get someone to submit request for refund. They say they are free standing but they still want your insurance and a referral to even get an ultrasound. Don't waste your time calling them.
Jean and staff were awesome to work with. Kind professional and caring. Would use them again. Building and ground s were clean and nice.
Very friendly check-in. Myra my technologist was also very friendly, and comforting as I’m a bit claustrophobic. She walked me through what I would experience and responsive throughout.
Very reasonably priced and my technician Jackie was very quick, courteous, and informative!
