Please do NOT go here. their admin and accounts are a mess. We’ve had repossession threats nearly every week due to them not keeping payment records organised and we’ve paid everything week. We get spam emails and the day we went in we felt rushed and hassled to get one. The main guy made me log into my bank account on their company computers to retrieve bank statements when i said i could get them from my phone. He looked and made comments about the bank accounts i had. The day of and dealing with them had been a nightmare ... read more
The phones need to be chucked away because they don't get used anyway. 4 days now ive been calling, sending emails and have been into the office. I was sent to voice mail every time & when I visited the warehouse/office there was no one at their desk. This is the second time ive needed repairs and have never been able to reach anyone. Super annoying.
Avoid at all costs, they take your money, giving you broken and non road worthy cars, then continue taking your money and refuse to refund. Sorry but that's a breach of New Zealand consumer law .
This company just repossed a car that my son purchased from his cousin , after it was impounded, he checked with Police , VTNZ etc and paid the impound fee, put a new windscreen and side mirrors, spent hours and hours doing this as he could afford it and they this company reposses it, just takes it saying it had been stolen in 2021 and has been through 6 owners !!
