Ansaloutly disusting place this got a rental off them a couple years ago got helf way back to taranaki it over heated breaks stuck on no rego! When asked them they didint respond so got it fixed my self and then advised them To pick it up after I stopped my payments they were quick to call me chaceing $$$ but really slack with fixing the broken car they had handed over to me them sent me to debt collectors over it I us given them over a months notice about it to

If I could give no stars at all, I absolutely would. This company has been consistently impossible to deal with. They rarely, if ever, answer phone calls, and emails seem to go completely ignored—even in situations that would reasonably be considered urgent. The lack of communication alone has made the experience incredibly frustrating. We have now gone through two vehicles from them. Please do NOT go here. their admin and accounts are a mess. We’ve had repossession threats nearly every week due to them not keeping payment records organised and we’ve paid everything week. We get spam emails and the day we went in we felt rushed and hassled to get one. The main guy made me log into my bank account on their company computers to retrieve bank statements when i said i could get them from my phone. I took a car in 2022 on rent to own scheme they had to be told 3 years later they cancelled the service and I was on a long term lease they are meant to pay for service tyres wof and rego I’ve paid well over 25k for the car and it’s hand no rego since last year constantly arguing with Phil over things he says he will handle it n never gets done I stopped paying after 3 years as I hadn’t been told they cancelled the deal they say they will honour it but now they want me to pay the 1100 in arrears for them not informing me .
