i just purchase a 2022 Ram Promaster from Direct Car Company Heights and I must say, Their customer service is amazing. I will be coming back for a vehicle for my son next month.
Long Story Short. I brought a car in August from Alro. First before I even got the car the AC didn't work at all. He gave me run around about that. He sold me a warranty that only lasted a month. I got the AC fix with the warranty that he sold me. I didn't get car until September after I already told bank I had the car. That was a lie because I never had it from the date I brought it.
