This Companys system operates in the dark ages. You cant manage your own acct. It is limited in allowing cancellation of items and bringing up order history. Also, the online system doesnt reflect up-to-date info at all times. Customer Service is also poor. They communicate with each other by sending msgs that arent received until the following day or later.
