I rented a hospital bed a month ago just before my total knee replacement surgery. The customer service at Direct Bed was excellent. They were extremely helpful and professional. The bed was very comfortable. They came and set it up and they came and dismantled it and took it away. I was surprised at how I was contacted before they arrived to let me know the exact time they were coming each time. Dealing with Directbed has likely been the worst customer experience I have ever had. Please, please, please if you have ever had issues with this business, report it to the Better Business Bureau, your credit card company and the Consumer Protection Agency. I have requested a refund three times . This business has sent a bed that didn't arrive when they promised. I ordered online and then called and emailed asking delivery date options as I needed this by a specific date. After multiple phone calls (no one ever picks up), chat (you only get a bot and they never transfer you to a human) and emails I finally get a reponse 4 days later saying 6-10 business days. I indicated that this won’t get to me in time so to process a cancellation. I visited Direct Bed in Stoney Creek and I was helped by Gerian. I was already leaning towards a Tempur-Pedic, but I wasn’t sure about the appropriate model or firmness. Gerian asked me some questions in order to make recommendations. I tested out some beds in the showroom and selected the Tempur-Pedic Luxealign Soft. I’ve had it for 4 nights of blissful sleep. I would recommend Direct Bed to anyone looking for a new bed. Great prices, and great selection. Delivered to the house and setup the bed, very happy with the quality of products and great sleep!
