Though we had browsed online, we decided to go visit the showroom. Great experience with Shane who is very knowledgeable in all the inventory they offer. We talked about the type of beds and mattresses we needed and he showed us 4 great choices for us to look at and try. Highly recommend them!
I visited Direct Bed in Stoney Creek and I was helped by Gerian. I was already leaning towards a Tempur-Pedic, but I wasn’t sure about the appropriate model or firmness. Gerian asked me some questions in order to make recommendations. I tested out some beds in the showroom and selected the Tempur-Pedic Luxealign Soft. I’ve had it for 4 nights of blissful sleep. Shane is such a terrible customer service person!!! I’ve been purchasing products online for over 15 years and I’ve never been addressed in such a disrespectful manner. I’m making inquiries about a custom mattress delivery to Calgary and the experience and conversation were terrible.! I’ve here’s multiple bad stories about your customer services but Ignored to give you guys a try, I guess the stories were right! Bye
We ordered the Serta Arctic King 'Firm'. Great mattress, later realized we erred and should have purchased the 'Plush'. Our salesperson Shane, completely understood, switched out the 'Firm' for a 'Plush', all handled with professionalism and a smile. We couldn't be happier with our Stoney Creek DirectBed store and their team. Well done folks, we plan to refer our family/friends to DirectBed.
