Jeff at Direct Avionics recently did a panel upgrade including a GTN 750 for our flying club and his work was excellent. He completed it on time and on budget. We are very pleased and will use his services again. I'm happy to recommend his avionics business.
After receiving a notice from the FAA about an ADS-B signal issue on my aircraft, Direct Avionics was logistically a great choice for my repair. I made an appointment, flew in that morning and before lunch he had found the problem and corrected the issue. He and Ruth communicated quickly and in details that I could understand concerning the problem. Do NOT use this shop!! They do horrible work. After taking my aircraft there for ADS-B installation some of my systems no longer worked due to broken wires and connections caused by rough handling. On the first flight after installation, the ADS-B failed to function due to being wired incorrectly. I eventually had to get Stratus Appareo involved and they found another shop that corrected the problems caused by wires being installed in the wrong sockets.
