Our Hot water tank went on us I called Jack Thursday morning hoping to get service asap Jack said he was very very BUT He fit us in replaced the heater by the evening The 2 gentleman he sent were polite professional and worked amazingly THANK YOU JACK - Direct Air for taking care of my family soooo fast We have also used Direct Air for our gas fireplace 2 winters ago Same thing service was quick and efficient Great customer service and care Thank you

Robert (sales) and Saeed (installer) were amazing, they both came over to take the time to see if it was feasible to install multiple units in my house, some were in complicated locations which required Saeed to plan out the copper and drain pipes. Once they were confident they gave me the most competitive quote for our Mitsubishi heat pumps and were able to do the install after 2 weeks from initial quote.

Great working with Jack and the team on this Regency I2450 wood insert installation. Excellent service, professional communication, and quality products from start to finish. The customer was very happy with the final result and the performance of the Regency insert. MGG Chimney Sweep completed the installation, stainless steel liner connection, and setup to comply with building code and manufacturer specifications. The before and after pictures show the transformation of the fireplace and finished installation.
