All they are is a double broker for freight forwarders and they dont pay there bill, stiff me for $75k. They also own JAD International which is a Freight Forwarder, shady people
The worst customer service EVER !! They won't help, they would hang up the phone if you insisted on their help to track your shipment. Spoke to Amanda and Valerie, and they are simply nasty. Spoke to the manager Mike, and he was nowhere near the level of professionalism a manager should have. Instead of apologizing and promising to look into the matter, he calmly said: Every story has 2 sides. Tried to speak to the owner, but of course he is not there, nor does anyone know when he'll be there. Still waiting for his call back... read more
