I was recommended by my mother in law and she told me I was gonna love it, she was NOT wrong. The ladies at DA are top tier. So friendly, welcoming and helpful. Valeri is so great. She teaches you the anatomy of the muscles and what she is trying to accomplish and how she’ll do it. And let me tell you, she did it.
