I had my first Dysport appointment with Direct Aesthetics today, and Val was absolutely amazing! She spent a large part of the appointment really listening to me, answering all my questions, and educating me on the process so I felt completely comfortable and informed. I had a great experience at Direct Aesthetics! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. Val did my Dysport treatment, and she was very thorough, personable, and easy to talk to. She really took the time to listen to my concerns, made me feel heard, and walked me through the entire process so I understood exactly what she was doing and why. The environment itself was also very cozy and comforting, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend!

I have been seeing Val for a few years now and I just love her. She knows her stuff and she genuinely cares about her clients. We always play “catch up” whenever I come in. It’s a great distraction from what’s happening in the chair, and of course just knowing she will take the time to ask how I am, I feel like she’s a close friend, not just my Botox and filler lady. 😂 Thank you Val!! ❤️
