I cannot say enough good things about this gym. I was so intimidated to try any type of CrossFit/strength training workout for the first time, and when I tried DAF, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. My level of fitness wasn’t as high as some of the others in the class and coach alan simplified some of the movement so that I could build up my strength and endurance. What an awesome gym this place is. Alan, the owner, and his three coaches make everybody feel welcome no matter what skill level they are at. They all work to make sure that you are getting the most out of your workouts safely while pushing you just enough to do better. There is never any judgment here. You will find people of all ages body types and expertise levels here. Definitely worth a try.

I love working out at DAF! the people are truly what make it special. There’s such a supportive and fun energy even at 6am. A big shoutout to my coach, Daniel, who always makes sure we’re doing the movements correctly and safely. His attention to form and technique has helped me grow so much. It’s a great place to challenge yourself and feel part of a community.
