We own and regularly play several of their games. They treated me well when I had to interact with customer service concerning missing parts on a new game.
Terrible hiring process. They make you do a long and intensive skills assessment test and waste hours doing multiple interviews over a couple months. I made a game for this company without getting paid at all. Then if they decide that you're not a good fit they just ignore you for weeks, even after calling and emailing multiple times per week, all calls and emails are ignored. This would be ok if they eventually got back to you, but they couldn't even provide that most basic decency.
