BUYER BEWARE!!! This company is a third party vendor for Home Depot Appliance Warranty Service. I filed a warranty claim with Home Depot on 6/23/14 for my LG refrigerator that went out. They scheduled for Dirden Appliance to come out on 06/25/14 to fix the issue. WE RECEIVED A CALL THE MORNING OF THE APPOINTMENT FROM A PERSON NAMED TONY. He called to tell me that they did not have the parts they needed to fix the fridge and that it would be 3-5 days before they could make it.
