DIRC Homes projects are full of construction defects. On our block alone, 7 units had roof leaks within one year of being built. All carpet had to be replaced in the units due to a defect. DIRC representatives continually refused to take responsibility and blamed blatant construction defects on lack of ‘homeowner maintenance’. In our brand new townhouse, we experienced two roof leaks.
