Great service Beautiful people
Had a trailer tire blowout 9 miles north of Mason, TX while passing through the area (600 miles from home). No spare, no jack, no brains. However, we found Dipstick's on the web using our phone and they were super responsive and helpful. Taydyn showed up promptly (in under 30 minutes). Replaced the bad tire on the spot beside the road. I was so impressed I followed him back to their shop and had him replace the other tire to make sure I could get back to Nebraska safely. Great service for oil change and tire rotation.
My wife’s car got a flat Sunday. Dropped it off at Dip Sticks left a message on the recorder by the time we came into town around 9 o’clock Monday it was fixed. Great customer service great company when we got there it was crowded, but that’s what happens when you have a great business. It’s well worth the wait if you have to wait.
