My wife’s car got a flat Sunday. Dropped it off at Dip Sticks left a message on the recorder by the time we came into town around 9 o’clock Monday it was fixed. Great customer service great company when we got there it was crowded, but that’s what happens when you have a great business. It’s well worth the wait if you have to wait.
These people were so appreciated. They came out on memorial day after hours and helped get us a tire fixed. Fast, great service, during a storm. Thank you.
I wish Dipsticks Tire & Lube was located in my hometown. They would have my tire and lube business 100% of the time. Amanda is efficient, accurate, prompt, friendly, and is very knowledgeable of her inventory and the automotive business. Shane is professional, efficient, and an expert on how to change tires on any type of vehicle, commercial or small.
