Always great to have a local guy. Response time is always great, the work quality is fantastic, and the price is as competitive as it gets.
We have been having ongoing issues with our HVAC ever since moving into our house back in 2023. We were told that it was a "newer" system that had been installed in 2016. We had multiple companies come out to try to diagnose the problem; however, many would just tell us that the system was running fine and not offer a solution. My Air Condition finally went out in my modest 1800 sq ft house after 11 years. My compressor was shot, and the coils were ok but were on their last leg. Major corrosion was visible and had maybe 2 good hot summers before it went. Dipson Air Conditioning went over my options from the least expensive to what was needed and what would be considered better. They deal in Trane A/C units, which was a big plus. We had an emergency with one of our AC units and Dipson was extremely helpful and tended to us in a timely manner. He's very professional, thorough, and honest. He explained everything in detail regarding the damage and what caused it, how it can be prevented, and things to look out for in the future.
