I love dip n dots but haven’t had them in a while decided to go and the lady was Very rude! The employee behind the desk was rude and had horrible customer service. When asked if we could get a small but have it in the medium container so my daughter which is 4 could hold it better she rudely said that she'd will charge us extra for the medium container. I explained I thought that she was the one previously had done this for our family but I was mistaken and that "someone is going to get in trouble". Our family loves dippin dots but the customer service here in Beaumont is horrendous. The lady who works behind the counter is rude and you would think for such an expensive ice cream she would fill it to the top but nope, leaves a nice space whereas other places fill it to where it's overflowing then flatten it out with the scoop so its packed.Will never come here again.
