One if the therapist names Shelby Creek is bad news. She has a problem with alcohol and I know for a fact she has been drunk while at work and seen patients. I know that she also has missed entire days due to being so drunk. Usually its has been fridays during telehealth sessions. But I personally have had to go to the liberty location before and wake her unconscious body up and drive her home.
