Been trying to get an appointment for 2 months now and no one is taking my calls. Had an appointment but they forgot and now silence.
I have referred Diplomat and Mike to my neighbors and family but he either postpones an appointment for months, with no intention of coming or doesn't even return calls. Not dependable except when I bought the first water heater. Not now. I don't reccommend Diplomat at all.
