Very disappointing experience. It felt like the focus was on selling expensive chemicals rather than providing honest advice. I was recommended a costly chemical that turned out to be unnecessary, and after using it, my pool water quality became much worse. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store if you're looking for trustworthy guidance. I felt misled and regret following their recommendation.

When you shop here, you are going to get very knowledgeable employees. They will take their time and explain everything to you. Ill admit, i have not gone and been told i don't require anything. However, i have had an incredibly clear pool for my first year of ownership and that is thanks to the staff and their recommendations. I have had a great experience every time with them and look forward to the spring when i see them again.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. The staff are rude, dismissive, and more interested in making a sale than actually helping. I went in to have my water tested, knowing I only needed a clarifier—which they also recommended. A couple of days later, when the water was still cloudy, I called back. An employee I hadn’t even spoken to before launched into me, claiming she had already told me I’d need more. She hadn’t even tested my water that day.
