Horrible service, management is rude. They sell you chemicals you don't need!
I had a green pool and I did my own Google research and made sure 95% of the green was gone. Jus very little left at the bottom. I went to diplomats and I was made to buy chemicals worth 250$... Then I googled and checked again and I realised I was scammed.. Another person from the same store told me next time that yes you wouldn't need so much chemical for that small tint of green.. These guys make me buy so much and I just realized I was scammed all these days.. I even have a doubt that my yellow can was punctured by them ... read more
