Fantastic experience, they always provide detailed information about chemicals and their prices are reasonable for the product quality they carry (compared with other specialty stores). Very disappointing experience. It felt like the focus was on selling expensive chemicals rather than providing honest advice. I was recommended a costly chemical that turned out to be unnecessary, and after using it, my pool water quality became much worse. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store if you're looking for trustworthy guidance. I felt misled and regret following their recommendation.

When you shop here, you are going to get very knowledgeable employees. They will take their time and explain everything to you. Ill admit, i have not gone and been told i don't require anything. However, i have had an incredibly clear pool for my first year of ownership and that is thanks to the staff and their recommendations. I have had a great experience every time with them and look forward to the spring when i see them again.
