When you shop here, you are going to get very knowledgeable employees. They will take their time and explain everything to you. Ill admit, i have not gone and been told i don't require anything. However, i have had an incredibly clear pool for my first year of ownership and that is thanks to the staff and their recommendations. I have had a great experience every time with them and look forward to the spring when i see them again.
Worst customer service I’ve experienced. The staff are rude, dismissive, and more interested in making a sale than actually helping. I went in to have my water tested, knowing I only needed a clarifier—which they also recommended. A couple of days later, when the water was still cloudy, I called back. An employee I hadn’t even spoken to before launched into me, claiming she had already told me I’d need more. She hadn’t even tested my water that day. I called Diplomat about a minor leak inside my gas heater. The woman on the phone was extremely rude, and She kept insisting that she could see from her records that I wasn’t balancing the water, despite my telling her repeatedly that I balanced the water weekly. She kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen at all. She kept insisting that my heat exchanger (3 years old) was probably corroded and, for $210, Bremner would come out and “look at it”. My old pool store went out of business last season. This place is great - fast, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Lots of supplies. I highly recommend.
Grabbed some chemicals for my inground, and had AMAZING service from Shayne......guided me through some cloudiness in my pool, and he followed up.....good service these days is a rarity....Thanks Shayne
