DO NOT USE THEM. What can I say, the first thing is DO NOT TRUST THEM. Not only will they run you for credit for home improvement with several creditors , they will run you for credit cards issued by and can only be used by by them. They will tell you just fill out the paperwork "incase" we want to go ahead. Without your permission they will inform you, you have a line of credit to use for your project. SAY NO TO DIPLOMAT HOME IMPROVEMENT! Just wanted to warn my fellow home owners of a "home improvement" company called Diplomat. They leave flyers on your door/ gate. If you see one just throw it away. This company is all about the bait & switch. They will show you pics from jobs they say they have done but in my experience & others on the BBB.org website, they will leave you with an incomplete job. Do not use this company! I was going to use them, then decided I didn’t want to and called to cancel the following day! The man Gary still tried to coerce me to go ahead stating I had already been approved for credit, when he hadn’t or I would have got an alert! I said I didn’t want to proceed, then a few hours later, I did get an alert from a mortgage company!!! So don’t do business with DIPLOMAT they are scammers.
Priced top dollar, but some of the work done poorly. Wood floors with large spaces, plastered areas with incomplete shaving and painting. Buyer beware.
