Diplomat Park Apartments is well-run, clean, modestly-priced and perfectly located. Manager Valeria is always available and helpful. Best of all, they have a remarkably talented and experienced repairman/painter/plumber/electrician/carpenter by the name of Rafael Jaramillo. He is prompt, courteous and most importantly... GETS THE JOB DONE! I recommend moving here -- if there's a vacancy!
We love living here! This place is a beautiful and peaceful home with a lovely courtyard, a huge pool and jacuzzi, a gym, a sauna, and so much greenery all around. Every day, we wake up feeling grateful for our home. We live on the 3rd floor, and the views are stunning—mountains in the distance and palm trees right outside. The space is so open and inviting. I repeat do not move here. For starters the main lady working at the front her name is Valerie and she is a two faced type of woman. One minute she’s nice in your face the next minute she is writing you emails and posting letters on your door with complaints about the things you do wrong. Mind you there has been construction going on for 4 years straight. But yet nothing gets finished. For the amount of rent they’re asking it is not worth the broken elevators. This place is a joke. It is not currently livable in the condition it is in yet they think everyone should still pay the full rent amount. There has been ongoing construction the entire 6 years of living here. One thing after the other. You will be awoken by hammering and drilling directly outside your bedroom window mon-friday starting at 8 AM so be prepared. If you work from home like me you can imagine the toll it takes.
