My son was always looking forward to add his College Diploma to the wall where mine and my wife Laminated Diplomas were displayed ( we are both college graduates). We placed our first order with this company in 2017 and were very pleased. When we needed to place a new order last month, we did not hesitate placing it with Diploma Plaque Laminators. As a repeat customer, I am happy to say that the quality and customer service are still top notch!
Shipping of the diploma took way longer than promised and they continually refused to provide a FedEx tracking number, despite my asking for it repeatedly. This was a concern throughout the process. Also we would have preferred a drop off location for the actual diploma rather than emailing a pdf or mailing it in a protected box, since we are located right in Florida. This was inconvenient
