I visited on August 3rd to get a professional colour correction. At that time, my hair wasn't fully black despite using high-quality Mat&Max professional hair dye. I just needed a colour adjustment because I couldn't see the back of my head clearly. The stylist told me my hair was damaged, similar to her own, and I explained that my hair texture naturally looks like that. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE!!! THEY HAVE NO POSTED REFUND POLICY IN THE SALON AND DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS OR CUSTOMER CONCERNS. THEY DO NOT "FIX YOUR BAD HAIRCUT - THEY LEAVE YOU WITH SHORTER HAIR WITH TERRIBLE LAYERS. WHEN YOU COMPLAIN THEY IGNORE YOU AND ONLY TRY TO SAVE THEIR GOOGLE REVIEW STATUS BY REPLYING WITH NONSENSE ABOUT THIER STYLISTS HAVING YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. MY HAIR WAS NOT FIXED, IS NOT FIXED AND I WANT A REFUND TO GO TO A STYLIST WHO CAN FIX MY HAIR. MY EMAIL IS SITTING IN YOUR INBOX.

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE! Very bad job, the fix does not fix it and when you want a refund to go somewhere else to fix it they refuse and pretend they do not know who the manager is. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT BAD HAIR UNTIL IT GROWS OUT!! Only option it to cut more off to fix and make the back shorter than the front which is opposite of what I asked for.
