I experienced a lot of issues with my original dentist (NOT DiPiero), so much so that I put off going to the dentist for nearly a decade. When I moved to Akron, I found these lovely people at DiPiero and they are the best. Super sweet, actually care about their clients, just the overall nicest humans. They have fixed my years of neglect, and even gotten me to the point where I don’t mind going to the dentists! These ladies rule. Thank you!
Front desk staff is lovely and welcoming; however, my dental hygienist was beyond unprofessional. It is disappointing to see such a good practice going downhill like this.
This place is fantastic! My whole family loves Dr. DiPiero and her team. They take great care of our teeth and are so kind and gentle. I highly recommend them!
On a Monday appointment, I advised them I was around a relative over the weekend that tested for covid that morning. They advised not to show up and then sent a same day cancellation fee. I understand this is policy, but they told me not to show up when I said I was still willing. I'll be going to a separate practice now. Otherwise, they were fine. It's your typical dentist office.
I find this business a stretch by calling it a dental office, more so a business to charge and make more money by performing unnecessary work. From the first day I was uncomfortable by the apprehensive front office to the one extremely rude, opinionated dental hygienist and the person she pretends to be a dentist. My last dentist, Dr. Mungo was an honest knowledgeable, professional dentist that I enjoyed seeing but not this office crew.
