My time at the FYZICAL therapy facility was well spent. The therapists were knowledgeable about my balance issues and took the time to answer all of my questions. They explained each exercise and I could actually see the gradual improvements. The receptionist was friendly and patient as we scheduled my visits. Also, the music was soothing which made the time speed by.
Definitely the place to go for physical therapy! Dr. Thomas DiPaolo is exceptional—he performed a thorough, comprehensive assessment at my first visit and tailored my treatment plan perfectly. His assistant, Eduardo, kept me motivated and on track throughout my sessions, and Rashida made scheduling effortless and organized. The entire team is professional, attentive, and genuinely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them!
I have had the absolute pleasure of visiting Fyzical Therapy and Balance.The team has been welcoming and warm throughout my time there and they hold themselves to a very high standard.
