Dr. Desai is very honest and helpful when looking for answers to issues. He listens to me when I speak and answers all my questions. He associated my ENT issues with a GI issue I have. The wait time is reasonable and you are seen promptly.

Oh my goodness. Dr. Desai is just great! I had sinus issues for years, couldn’t breath out of one side and within a few visits he fixed me. My sinuses are open and I no longer have that annoying runny nose. Thank you Dr for helping me. I feel fantastic.
Dr Desai and his team are terrific. Everyone (who I talked to , everyone I met with, everyone who was in the room for the procedure) was polite, professional, kind, knowledgeable, , empathetic, engaged and informed.During the first appointment it was clear that Dr Desai had read my chart in detail and that he had access to the records in the BayCare system. Excellent care! Had to have thyroid removed due to cancer in one nodule. Dr. Desai was so thorough in explaining what needed to be done and afterwards, what actually was done and recovery procedures and expectations. He was highly recommended by my thyroid doctor and my primary. I watched a couple of his online YouTube videos first and was very impressed with his knowledge.
