I had an incredibly upsetting experience with this pulmonologist. From the moment the appointment began, it was clear they were unprepared—reviewing my mother's medical file for the first time in front of her during the appointment. There was no sense of empathy or professionalism. Most disturbing of all was the way they delivered potential life-altering news. My grandfather passed this week and in his final moments, “Dr.” Dipalo gave us only sarcastic comments. He berated another doctor in front of us and questioned his judgement. Zero empathy or sympathy in one of the hardest moments of our lives.
I think doctor Dipalo is one of the best doctors I've ever gone to. He really takes his time And you never feel rushed. He is very knowledgeable and I trust everything he says. His receptionist is also wonderful! I would definitely recommend him.
He has been my Dr for many years. I was warned about his bedside manner but found him to be a VERY knowledgeable physician who looks at the entire patient history not just the lungs. He was pleasant in his manner and friendly. He has been treating me for 5 years. He found a mistake my mothers cardiologist made and ordered the tests that showed she had clots in her legs.
