Joe and his crew were exceptional. Joe came out to meet me to quote our job. We had a total of 5 jobs on our property. Within 24 hours I had the quote sent over. The job was scheduled within a week. He kept in touch with me the whole time by texting me arrival, progress and finished updates. He was very professional and courteous. DiPalma Landscape did a wonderful job on our backyard. We had a large sloping back yard with nothing but grass. Joe gave us a great landscape plan and the job was done in record time. Unresponsive and unreliable. Doesn’t come when he says he will & poor attention to detail on jobs. Do not recommend.
It seems as though it is getting more and more difficult, season after season, to find a landscaping company that can leave you with a feeling of confidence and total satisfaction. DiPalma Landscaping has been absolutely magnificent in those areas and many more. Whether it is a last-minute call to get the yard mowed or changing a seasonal service midstream, they are consistently there for you, on time, and extremely professional. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs landscaping services.
