The nurse practitioner is nice enough. Have never met or even spoken to my actual doctor. The practice itself has very poor communication with patients and they NEVER answer the phone, regardless of what time of day you call. This seems to be common with Baycare doctors. Will be switching to a new primary, preferably one that doesn’t actively avoid interacting with the people who pay them and keep their proverbial lights on.
Great doctor highly recommend. Thorough and nice
Dr. Patel is very personable and make me feel like she values me and my total health! Love her which is why I drive from Zephyrhills to still see her.
