It had been probably 10 years since I had an eye exam. I was referred to the Eye Care & Surgery Center by my primary physician. Overall, my visit was a positive experience. From my perspective, it took too long to get an appointment—more than two months. I also found the check-in process wanting. The nurses were not patient, spent too much time talking with each other, and asked questions that had already been answered as part of the pre-check-in process.
