Dr. Dipa Raval’s Billing Department is IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with!!!
I had a very frustrating experience with this practice. At my last visit, I waited over an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time. I had specifically booked with the doctor, but was seen by a physician’s assistant instead. While I understand that PAs are part of care, I later needed a referral for a procedure and was told I couldn’t get one because I hadn’t been seen by the doctor—meaning I would need to schedule another visit. Don’t waste your time here. No response regarding Results even after a week. Doctor doesn’t give properly time, attention and advice and even after repeated callbacks no response back from team. Even to get an order for X-ray it took them 2 days and 5 calls. They never gave a callback for lab results after repeated callbacks
