Absolutely terrible customer service experience here. The male nail tech was unbelievably rude. Incredibly disappointed with my experience here.
Thank you for responding, but I have to be honest: this does not feel like an apology or an attempt to address what happened. It feels dismissive and, quite frankly, as though you are blaming me for an experience that was completely within your staff’s control. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Unfortunately, my experience at this nail salon was extremely disappointing and nothing like the great service I had heard about. My appointment was at 1:00 PM, but I wasn’t attended to until around 1:40 PM. I was really hoping the wait would be worth it, but sadly, it wasn’t. Been coming here for over a year and as long as I am getting my nails done I will never go anywhere else!! The quality of services, price point, and customer service are unmatched. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming, it is so easy to get scheduled, and I’m always kicking my feet at how cute my nails are when I leave. Tweetie is the absolute best. I have been going here for over 2 years and have never been disappointed. My dip nails sometimes can last me up to five weeks. Everyone is so nice and there as well. Highly recommend this place!
