I’ve been getting Philly steaks from here, and this was my 4th time coming in. Every time, I’ve asked for no peppers and for lettuce and tomato, and I’ve never been charged extra before. Today, I came in and was suddenly told I had to pay an additional $2. There was a girl there who said, “Who did that? Una experiencia excelente en Dip & Drip! El servicio al cliente fue espectacular, todo el personal fue muy amable, atento y profesional. Se nota que realmente se preocupan por brindar una buena experiencia a sus clientes. Además, tienen un menú delicioso y muy variado. Todo lo que probamos estuvo riquísimo y muy bien presentado. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveré y que recomiendo 100%. ¡Excelente servicio, comida deliciosa y un ambiente muy agradable!
Food and service has gone downhill the past year or so. Prices have also gone up. For the price point, the service and portions are not great. We would frequently get the crepes from here, and recently tried the cookie fudge which was $12 for a medium sized burnt, hard cookie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. You’re better off getting your desserts from that bootleg Dairy Queen on JFK… at least you’ll get a memorable experience with your sh*tty ice cream all for a reasonable price.
