If I could i would give them zero stars. The people were very late, and they actually had to paint the.letters on site at the venue, we ask about taking something off the price for our inconvenience, they responded we don't do refunds, we didn't ask for a refund. When you're 1.5 hours late shouldn't you come in and apologize for the lateness. That didn't happen, they never said anything. I would not recommend this company for anything.

Rental process was easy I ordered online. I recieved a call for confirmation of my order. They delivered to the hall and arrived early which was awesome. They also came and picked up. The process was so easy and smooth. I'd definitely use them again for event rentals.
Ordered all of my wedding materials from Dior she was a one stop shop!! Everything you need in house she dropped everything she was doing to complete my order and I was a walk-in… it made me feel like a bride should!! Wedding is on 9/9/23 I’ll send review afterwards
