Mitch was a good guy did a good job except for the filter needed to be reversed wasn't put in the right way the first time. My biggest issue with this company is not being able to talk to a real person. You won't you won't be able to talk to a real person without talking to an AI person having them return a call to me with a company making this kind of money that's unacceptable that they can't afford a real person to answer the phone.

I was so happy when I came home. Husband couldn't do it he needs knee surgery. He was very please with the tech. Very happy with the date we were given didn't wait long at all. Also reminded emails and text are nice. We have been in remodeling stage since May cabinets maker put us so far behind. A friend Brian & Roberta Fent recommend you they were pleased.

Kirk arrived and quickly diagnosed my problems before then providing me multiple options! The quality of work once done eas excellent and I couldn't be any Happier!! Kirk was an absolute pleasure to work with I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know.

Matt and Kirk were great. Extremely friendly and professional. They arrived on time as scheduled, and got my new water heater up and running quickly. Dion's Complete has yet to let me down!

I had Dion's replace a toilet for me. I called on Memorial Day and got some AI answering machine. After giving it some of my information which it was getting wrong I ultimately told it to cancel and hung up. Kirk from Dion's ended up calling me back later on Memorial Day which surprised me. He said they could do the work I wanted done and could schedule me for the next morning. As the toilet tank had a small leak that was great and I made the appointment.
