Work completed yesterday. They arrived within the estimated window, completed the work quickly and professionally. They were polite from start to finish. Workplace left clean. There was a Lead and an apprentice, and the Lead was patient in his teaching and coaching of his student. There is nothing I didn't like about this engagement, I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Update - still with this company and the service has been impeccable. Would recommend over any of the big companies! Local company who treat their customers well. Excellent experience from start to finish, replacing my gas water heater with a new electric one. The initial quote, scheduling, the professionalism and quality of work of the installers who came (Eric and Adam), the reasonable actual price on the low end of the quoted range, and a couple of follow-up contacts [always having cheerful Dee picking up and quickly addressing the question/request!].
