Friendly helpful dispatcher, timely friendly conscientious technicians and installers, prompt diagnosis and replacement of necessary A/C.
In the past 2 months, Dion Comfort has installed both a new Air Conditioner and a new Furnace for us. From initial visit, scheduling, installation, and walkthrough, the team was fantastic. Due to ongoing home renovations we needed to push dates/times frequently, something many of the other contractors were quick to share their displeasure about. Major work was required --- new furnace, hot water tank and humidifier ---- excellent work on all fronts: best estimate provided , installation was quick, on time and without issues and above all the technician did an awesome job ---- everything looks great
